Sunflower
I have a feeling that I can make this even better with Photoshop. Any ideas?

O.K. I'll take a stab at it:
Using Photoshop CS,
- Selective Color: Increase Black Levels in Yellow (to 100%), Green (to 75%), and Whites (to 100%).
- Contrast: Slightly reduce.
- Crop: Remove distracting reddish beam from the right. Also remove some of the top, in order to move the bloom out of the exact center of the photo.
